Installation is included in every price; delivery is quoted on your address. Weekly plans: a $1,000 deposit ($400 for a cold plunge on its own) paid today and taken off the price, then the weekly amount for the term, charged to the card you save, starting only once the build is installed and operating. We call you within a day of any payment to book the site check.

Heat then cold is the oldest recovery ritual there is. Fifteen minutes in the sauna opens the vessels and loosens the muscles; two minutes in the plunge closes them again and sharpens the mind. Alternating the two moves blood through the tissue, eases soreness and settles sleep. Two or three rounds, finishing on cold, is the classic pattern.
Quoted separately, after we have looked at the site: a concrete base if your ground needs one, and any electrical run back to the switchboard. Neither can be priced honestly from a photograph, and we would rather tell you that than put a number on this page we cannot hold. A cold plunge over 300mm deep may also need pool-barrier certification under the Building Act, and we will tell you if yours does.
The pair is the cheaper way in if you want both. If you would rather start with one and add the other later, both builds stand on their own.

Five years on the cabin, timber and plunge tub; three years on the heater, controls and chiller; two years on our installation, with labour included for the first two years. It is our own warranty, backed by parts we hold in Queensland and our own crew, not a claim you have to make against a factory overseas. Most sellers halve or void that the moment a sauna is used by guests. Ours stays the same for short-stay properties as long as the simple care standard is followed. Damage a guest does is a chargeable repair we prioritise and document for you. The full wording comes with your order confirmation.
That is the installed price: the build and the installation in one number, on the page before you enquire. Delivery is not in it. We quote that against your suburb, because the run to Burleigh and the run to the back of the range are not the same job, and we would rather price yours than pad every build with a figure most people would be overpaying. Also outside the figure is a concrete base if your ground needs one and any electrical run back to the switchboard. Those get quoted once we have seen the site, because they depend entirely on your property and any number we put here would be a guess.
One delivery, one install day, one crew. Buying the sauna and the plunge together saves real cost on our side and the price reflects that rather than dressing a discount up as a favour. The figure the pair saves against the two builds bought separately is shown in the ledger above.
A reasonably flat, firm base and a path wide enough to get the build through. We check both before you commit. If the ground needs work, we will tell you that up front rather than on the day.
It depends on the build, the heater and how often you use it, and we would rather give you a real figure for the model you choose than a flattering average. Ask and we will work it through with you.
Electric, and only electric. It is the practical answer for most suburban blocks anyway: no smoke, no permit questions, and you can set it on a timer so it is hot when you get home. It also lets us specify the heater and controller to the Australian standard and have it installed properly, which is the part a grey import cannot give you.
Not as a standard size. The Cube comes as a two and a four, which covers almost every home and short-stay property we deal with. Above that we build to order, so tell us the number you need on the enquiry form and we will come back on whether it is workable and what it changes about lead time.
Lead time depends on the build and where it is in production. We confirm a real date with your quote, and we would rather quote a date we can hold than the shortest one that sounds good.
