Most sauna listings quote the build and go quiet on what it takes to get it standing in your yard. Ours is one installed price, with the installation already inside it, on the page before you speak to anybody. Delivery is the one thing we quote separately, because it depends on where you are and how we can get in.
Quoted separately, after we have looked at the site: a concrete base if your ground needs one, and any electrical run back to the switchboard. Neither can be priced honestly from a photograph, and we would rather tell you that than put a number on this page we cannot hold. A cold plunge over 300mm deep may also need pool-barrier certification under the Building Act, and we will tell you if yours does.
The contrast is the point. Most people end up with both, which is why the pair is a price of its own, cheaper than the two builds bought apart, and one install instead of two.

We quote that against your suburb, because the run to Burleigh and the run to the back of the range are not the same job, and we would rather price yours than pad every build with a figure most people would be overpaying. Also outside the figure is a concrete base if your ground needs one and any electrical run back to the switchboard. Those get quoted once we have seen the site, because they depend entirely on your property and any number we put here would be a guess.
One delivery, one install day, one crew. Buying the sauna and the plunge together saves real cost on our side and the price reflects that rather than dressing a discount up as a favour. The figure the pair saves against the two builds bought separately is shown in the ledger above.
A reasonably flat, firm base and a path wide enough to get the build through. We check both before you commit. If the ground needs work, we will tell you that up front rather than on the day.
It depends on the build, the heater and how often you use it, and we would rather give you a real figure for the model you choose than a flattering average. Ask and we will work it through with you.
Electric, and only electric. It is the practical answer for most suburban blocks anyway: no smoke, no permit questions, and you can set it on a timer so it is hot when you get home. It also lets us specify the heater and controller to the Australian standard and have it installed properly, which is the part a grey import cannot give you.
Not as a standard size. The Cube comes as a two and a four, which covers almost every home and short-stay property we deal with. Above that we build to order, so tell us the number you need on the enquiry form and we will come back on whether it is workable and what it changes about lead time.
Lead time depends on the build and where it is in production. We confirm a real date with your quote, and we would rather quote a date we can hold than the shortest one that sounds good.
